Non Furniture Goods and Consumables are usually despatched within 24 to 48 hours to UK customers.
Furniture and Equipment usually takes up to 7 Days, however some items are made to order and can take longer.
BFPO, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are delivered via ROYAL MAIL and will be charged at cost. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with the exact cost based on the mix of products and the weight thereof.
Other furniture and equipment (and made to order) can take up to 3 weeks and you will be notified of this at the time of ordering.

Delivery charges apply to Mainland UK - Excluding Highlands and Islands. We reserve the right to charge additional fees at cost for these areas and will contact you after the order if you are affected.
International orders are by request only.
All orders will need to be signed for upon delivery and arrowhair.com cannot accept any responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to there being nobody available to sign for the delivery at the indicated delivery address.
Please leave details if you are closed on a particular day, so that we can make sure that we avoid that day. For palletised deliveries (Salon Furniture) a failed delivery will incur a cost to you of £50+vat for each palette, before redelivery is made.
